Practicing my hair design

For my final look my partner Rachel had come over to my house to practice my hair design I have to say we did practice first time but it did not come out as great as this and I was really proud of the outcome as it was her second attempt of doing my hair. For this look we made two hair pads using yak hair and hairnets so that it matches the colour of my hair and is easy to pin in as I found using hair pads stuffed with tissue in tights were hard to pin in. So first my hair was section of in two then she created a base to help secure in their hair party she first took a small section and created them in to plaits and crossed them over then she tonged in the front of my hair and let them cool down. She pinned in the padding then started to back comb the hair and covered up the padding and pinned it in made sure it was nice and smoother so there was no loose grips and then at the back on my hair she sectioned them in to two twist plait my hair and made them in to a round curl. For the front of the hair she then decorated them towards the padding and held them with a loose grip. I had fun practicing this look and I was very happy with my overall look.
